Own Webitem problem with image in WAD

Hi,

I created a own Webitem. Everything works perfect.

I registrated it in all the necessary tables (RSRRENDERER...).

Now I want that it has its specific preview image in the WAD. I uploaded a GIF to the MIME-Repository and entered the right values in RSRRENDERER (like the SAP objects).

The strange thing is, when I enter a SAP image it works perfectly.

Do I have to consider something special for the file format?

where did you uploaded the pictures:

the files must be copied into:

bw>bex>publisher>GIFS>webitem_previews

bw>bex>publisher>GIFS>webitem_icons

than check if the file is downloaded correctly.

Goto:

%temp%\Bw

in this folder your file should be downloaded.

I would prefer the following. rename the folder bw

restart WAD and connect to your bw system. now the bw should be created once again. If your file is in this folder, you should check the entry in rsrrenderer
