In case of export sale with multiple currencies, excise duty amount in sales register reflects under foreign currency instead of domestic currency.

First of all, you have not indicated in which tcode, you see the value in document currency. In normal circumstances, whatever currency you maintain for your company code in ox02, that will be the local currency and whatever exchange rate you maintain in ob08, based on that exchange rate, system will convert into local currency.

So check in these two places what is maintained.
