Hi Manoj

lets take 5 tables with their block names 1,2,3,4,5 and a title bar

you want to set relative position on 5 tables right ? like in order

1

2

3

4

5

then first select block 1 >goto properties>pagelayout-->relative position -->click button -->give 20px from the leftedge of tab name --->give 30 px frm the bottom edge of title(drop down the list and select title so you will be displayed top or bottom edge)

And then select block 2 >goto properties>pagelayout-->relative position -->click button -->give 20px from the leftedge of tab name --->give 30 px frm the bottom edge of block 1(drop down the list and select title so you will be displayed top or bottom edge)

so on for remaining blocks .

when the rows are increasing in block one then the remaining blocks shifts 30px downwards

Hope this Helps U a lot

Hi Manoj

yes,we can do the overall sum of all 9 tables by formulating it .like

= sum(table1-obj)+sum(table2-obj)......sum(table9-obj)

for the last table click on aggregate sum u will be displayed a separate row . in that overwrite by using the above formula for each and every column .

Hope this helps u

You don't sum by block, you sum by measure. There is no feature in Web Intelligence that says sum(block1.measure) + sum(block2.measure). You can reference specific data providers, but not blocks.

Hi Manoj

we cant apply sum for a block but you can apply for variables (measures ) here is example

table 1

country reveune

aaa 123

bbb 123

sum: 246

table 2

country reveune

aaa 222

bbb 333

sum: 555

grand total here use formula like sum(table1.revenue)sum(table2.revenue)=246555=801

Hope this helps u

I have some doubts how we can specify table1.revenue & table2.revenue in Webi report.

Hi Manoj

That objects were added in query level by using certain conditions (or create variables in report level according to ur requirement )

when you add revenue to the respected tables click on sum for that column in table then new row will be created with the formula sum(Object) same for remaining tables

altast for grand total use the sum(obj) of each tables and sum it up like i meantioned above

hope this helps

Sunil
