Error in Asset Depreciation

Hello

I am trying to depreciate an asset a/c but I am getting the below mentioned error.

Account 'Acc.dep. accnt.for ordinary depreciation' could not be found for area 01

Message no. AU133

Diagnosis

When creating the accounting document, the system could not find account 'Acc.dep. accnt.for ordinary depreciation' in depreciation area 01 for company code 2727.

Procedure

Enter this account in the account determination for Asset Accounting.

You are not maintained the GL Accounts for Acc dep in AO90. first Assign the accounts the post

in AO90 check for the 01 area check the asset class in the ordinary depreciation tab maintain a account for acc dep tab maintain a balance sheet account. and check if you have maintained an expense type acc in the (Expense account for ordinary depreciat) tab. these are acc determination settings for ordinary depreciation

Go to AO90

Enter your COD and select your COA

Click Account Determination

Select Account Determination and click on balance sheet or depreciation and in your case it depreciation...

Enter here GL accounts
