OOQA-Qualification Cataglog is not displaying define items.

Hi,

I have a problem in Personnel Development

In T-Code OOQA Edit Qualification Catalog, I can define Qualification group, and Qualifications. Up to this point there is no issue.

But When I rerun this T-Code to view the items in Qualification catalog, It wont display any item. Qualification Catalog is empty.

However these items are available in T-Code PPPM Profile change. Means these are define and stored in database but are not visible in OOQA.

Kindly help to debug and troubleshoot.

kind regards,

Hi,

Check the period for which the catalog is visible.

In transaction OOQA, next to the 'Catalog' Text is the date - check if the qualifications created by you are within that range.

If not change the key date.

Hope it helps.

Hi Arpita,

Dear i hv set period as 01.01.1900 to 31.12.9999

plan version as "Current"

During UET phase, there was no problem. As we transport things to PRD, we are troubled with this.

And amazingly, not only on PRD but also on DEV and QAS as well

Hi,

this could still be an issue of authorization. If someone revoked authorizations by taking roles away from your user or by restricting roles before transporting to production.

It could also be that someone activated structural authorizations for your user by removing the default entry responsible for assigning structural authoizations to all users without explicit assignment or changing the default users structural profile.

As the issue can be reproduced on the development system I would assign SAP_ALL authorization profile to the user and structural authorization profile ALL.

Kind Regards

Hi,

if you can't see something which is existing in the database the first guess would be missing authorization or stuctural authorization.

Rgds.

Roman.

Thank you for your reply. Dear I am facing this problem on DEV, QAS and PRD.

I configured on DEV and tested on both DEV and QAS.

But as we have moved on PRD, since then I am facing this problem. Strangely not only on PRD but on DEV and QAS with users I am working since we started the project.

What you say now?
