    Hi Salunke,

When you talk about the TECO, it is the Technical Completion of the job on the field whereas it is possible that after technical Completion is done still some some other non-technical activities are left like Settlement.

but once you do the Business Closure, it means that no more business needs to be done with that order.

Even when you run the Settlement for the orders in the then system should not pick up the order with the with Buisiness Settlement completed.

and there is need for doing any of these business activities, but as per the descipline and the Statuory requirements these are needed, at the time of Audit this will be an important Point as why so many old orders not TECO and Business Completed.

If your client is ready to hande the Audit Team then no need for these activities.

    Hope it helps you.
