Hierarchy missing in COMM_HIERARCHY

Dear experts,

We are on SRM 7/ECC6 and I have done all middleware settings as per note 720819. There are no errors. R3AM1 shows everything in green.

However the product categories under COMM_HIERARCHY have been transferred as flat structure instead of a hierarchial structure.

Please suggest on what could be the issue?

in comm_hierarchy do you have R3MATCLASS listed?

Sam,

Yes, R3MATCLASS and R3SPRODTYP are listed. I can also see the product categories but they are present in a flat structure not hierarchial

Hi,

In r3matclass , dont you see under R3MATCLASS -> R3MATCLASSXXXCLNTXXX ?.. XXX is SID and Client number of ERP

Your stucture looks correct, only difference I see is category 001 is missing. This is your issue ?

Dear Sam,

No that is not the issue. Please see that the hierarchial structure is missing. 101/102 and 103 are linear....they should have come under the node 001 as expected
