Transport of request from DEV to Qa ended up with status RC-8

Hi Everybody

There is new custom field created in Source system and then same new field is craeted in BW also. All the necessary steps are done to create the new object. It is mapped also successfully. All this were done in DEV system and now when i tranport the Transport Request from DEV to QA, the transport is ending up with status RC-8 and error mesg it gives in the log view is :

"Mapping between data source "A" and source system "B" is inconsistent.

Field "Z" will not be delivered from data source A in source system B

Reference to Transfer structure C not available. No activation possible".

I am not sure where it has gone wrong. I could see that the new custom feild is not present in the transfer structure, thus the transfer rule is also not maintained.

Any body can help me to rectify this error. And what is the possible cause of this error.
