Does anyone know if the CRM Appointment (or Activities in general) result in a email being sent to external partners like Contact Person etc who do not have groupware integration. There is a flag for "Send Email" in the "Customizing Header Level", however I don't see any emails being triggered.
The Category of the Appointment is Date. The system does generate Email for the Email Activity which is classified as Email.
I see that there is an action called Remainder Email, so probably that might the way, however in that case what is the "Send Email" flag for?
