Problems with Activation of Xcelsius 4.5 Standard - Please Help

Dear all who may be able to help.

I have Crystal Xcelsius 4.5 Standard which i purchased and used with no problems in 2008. I have moved to a new computer and installed the software. I have now received an error that states I have reached my activation limit.

"The Serial Number you entered has already been activated the maximum number of time. Please contact Xcelssius customer support at CrystalXcelsiussupport@business objects.com or call (858) 552-6674

I tried the email address and its no longer valid

I tried the phone number.... its disconnected.

I reviewed this forum and found an email address to contact customercare@sap.com

I emailed them and got an email telling me that this address is no longer valid and to call customer services 800 677 7271

I contacted SAP and they told me they could not help and to contact Business Objects on 952-646-5534

Business Objects could not help as my original order has been deleted - they referred me to Tech Support on 866-681-3435

They referred me (Via recorded message) to a website www.businessobjects.com/support

That all lead me back here.... so I am no better off.

I need to have my activation reset so I can continue to use the software that I paid hundreds of dollars to use. I noticed there were other posts in forums with similar problems that were resolved by a guy called Amit (I believe)

My Serial Number if needed is Xcl4Std001-0636-JCM3-L4VC-PL29-BP05

Please help so I can reset and use my software again.

If you have found a solution please also let me know how you resolved.
