OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO in Shop screen

HI experts,

We have upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0 EHP1 given the EHP1 Employee role in both Portal and SRM system. When I click on shop screnn I am getting the fololowing short dump.

Error in the ABAP Application Program

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
