Catalog issue in Notifications

Hi All experts,

I have an issue with one of my cataloges in my new notification type,

I have defined a new catalog profile for which I have maintained new code groups in catalog, defined the catalog Profiles and also defined catalog profiel for not. type.

Afterwards it works fine for all Code groups and codes(object part, task code, activity code etc) except damage.

I can select the damage as defined in "Catalogs and Catalog Profiles for Notification Type" but afterwards if i want to change I get the following message:

No entries exist for selection critera xx

ie, when I select it I can find but when I want to change it doesn't exist?

However, I only have the issue when I add a reference equipment, but note that the equipment has the same catalog profile as the notification type, and I only have the issue for damage codes.

Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how I can solve it?

BR

Mikael

    Hi,

Can you try putting catalog profile only in notification type and remove from the equipment master and try?

Ok. You are getting the message after saving notification and then trying to change the notification damages.

Check catalogue profile codes using "extra" menu and if the same catalogue code groups are existed then I think you should consult SAP support team.
