How can we lock the Particular cell or Colum

Dear Experts,

Thanks for watching this thread,we are into BPC MS7.5.

Can you please help me on the following issue.

a) In input schedule how can i restrict(lock) the particular cell or Colum.

Hi,

If you have a static template, then you can directly lock the particular cell, using native excel method.

If you have a dynamic template, you need to make use of the advanced format options. For this, you need to mention some criteria, and under the format column, lock the cell. Expand the template so that the advanced formatting option will take its effect on the template.

After this, go to workbook options, and set a workbook password.
