Auto Import - Structural exception

Hi All,

We are using the auto import process.If I place the file in Ready folder it moves to exception folder( structural exception ).

But if i manually load the file it gets loaded without any error

Please help me in this

    Hello,

    check the file size,

    Wht happens is when the file arrives, MDIS tries update the file even before the complete file is placed in the ready folder, thus it goes into structural exception.

    Other thing you can do is save update of the maps.

    There is an SAP Note for this but currently not able to find it now

      Hi Nitin,

      I do faced similar issue like this. Kindly try the below steps which worked for me

      - Make a change on the import map and click Save

      - Revert the changes and click Save

      By doing this, you should not face the structural exception
