unable to activate the activity..

hello experts,

my developer has checked in a activity with error and then they kept it as it is and now they want tht actiivity to be removed but none of them are able to activate that activity it is stuck into the activation veiw

if i try to actvate the activity vai CBS i have to activate it as "activate even if the buld fails" which will cause problem as all others dc will become broken once am activating the activity

the developer ppl are also unable to delete or activate the activity tehy are having predecessor succsessor problem

but activity removal is very nessesary for now

kindly help with the steps how should i remove the activity from there

this is on very urgent basis kindly asdvice as earliest possible
