Functional area blank

Hi All,

I have a situation here, during creation of cost center, I didn't fill the functional area. It is supposed to be a mandatory field, somehow forgot to make it mandatory.

Now ... some transactions posted with the respective cost center, I cannot generate report based on functional area.

My question, is there any way to fix this situation ?
