ppf actions are still avalible to be picked up after document closed?

Hi guys:

Just met a issue, I got a background job to process the proceess a ppf action of the contracts. recently I found a performance issue for this job.

it cuased by that the action from a lot of 'completed' contracts( systmen status = 'completed' were picked up. I think these actions should be "cleaned" when the contract is set ' completed'.

do you guys have any ideal about this?
