Allowed PO created without refer to any PR

Hi all,

Currently, there is one type of PR(NB) allowed to create in our system. And all users was control with an EFB parameter to ensure all PO must created with a references to a PR. But there is a new request from user, which they would like to allow non-trade related PO created without refer to any PR. It means no PR need to be created for non-trade related PO.

Could someone advise?

Create a new document type for the PO as non-trade related PO.

Thanks for you info.

Document type for PO is already categories to Non-trade PO and Trade PO. However, all buyers also assigned with EFB parameter in SU3. The parameter EFB are actually control all PO should refer to a PR. What should i do in order to control ONLY on non-trade PO which can be create without a PR references.

Create a transaction variant in SHD0.Pl check with your ABAP team. In the fields

Screen field = MEPO1211-REFBS

Program; SAPLMEGUI

Screen: 0014

Make this filed unabled, this will allow for non- trade Po without reference to PR.

To create non trade relavent PO without PR , please create a variant in SHD0, and untick the PR as reference. Hence not able to create This type of PO with ref to PR. Thanking you.
