Earlier, we had a set up to break up std. cost components into COPA, & we maintained KEPC for record type u2018Fu2019 , Billing type u201CZF2u201D to assign costing key u201CZ01u201D. In this way, every COPA document of billing was showing a cost component break up.
Now, due to new business requirement, we needed to create an exception to above rule for a new material type without assignment to costing key. For which, we have maintained KEPC for record type u201CFu201D, billing type u201CZF2u201D, New material type u201CZUMBu201D to assign costing key as u201CBlanku201D.
During testing we realized that COPA settings are disturbed and not posting cost components to respective value fields for all billing docs irrespective of billing type or material types.
We tried simulation KE21S for analysis, it gives error message: K/816 u201CNo costing keys could be foundu201D. Whereas, there is a costing key assigned to a billing type ZF2 in KEPC.
Do I need to regenerate Op.concern after any KEPC modification?
I will appreciate if someone can throw light on this issue
