Invalid License while installing Crystal Reports 2008 Visual Advantage

While trying to install this product on a user's machine after a reimage, getting stopped at the license key.

It keeps stating that the license key is invalid even though it is the same one used on previous install for this user.

Installing while logged in as myself or the user as a local admin under Windows XP SP3.
