Hi,

I am conitinuously facing this problem Quality system on sender side communication channel monitoring.

com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.ConfigException: Some of the IS access information is not available. SLDAccess property may be set to true, but SLD is not available.

When we tried to stop and start, it is working.

But please provide the permanent solution for this problem.

Thanks

Gabriel

Hello,

You could try the following:

- Ensure the Role of the Business System is set to "Integration Server" in trx SXMB_ADMIN -> Integration Engine Configuration,

and also in the Business System in the SLD.

- For the sender system the role should be "Application System", with the Corresponding Integration Server as the SM59 destination pointing to the Integration Server.

- In the NWA -> Configuration Management -> Java System Properties, go to the CPA Cache service and ensure that the parameter SLDAccess is set to true.

- In the SLD -> Technical Systems -> type Process Integration, ensure that the Integration Server is registered correctly, and that in the SLD -> CIM Instances, check that the XI Integration Server has the 3 correct associations (note #764176).

Notes:

#1282862 SLD dependency for getting the XI connection params in AF

#1278563 Specification of message server host in Exchange Profile

Hi

I went through the PDF and SLDCHECK and SLDAPICUST are already working fine.

Temporariyl we do stop and start for each communication channels and the files are getting picked up.

Could you provide permanent solution.

so I presume you checked also page8 which explains how to check if your SLD is started.

otherwise in SDN, you have that at least that: [; plus some other with term "Some of the IS access information is not available. SLDAccess".
