Disabling Drag & Drop on a Meta level in Workbooks ?

Is there a mass change capability that will allow me to deactivate drag & drop on 280 workbooks without opening each one in turn and changing the workbook properties in Bex Analyzer 7 ? Our end users are having issues using standard Excel fucntionality, and this is the only solution we can see.
