Pricing conditions - [i]transfer rules[/i] documentation

Could anyone tell me whether I can find some documentation on the transfer rules associated with <b>2LIS_11_VAKON </b> and <b>2LIS_13_VDKON </b>?

When I search through the Metadata Repository, I only retrieve the communication structure and the InfoSource info.
