Need Help in LMS configuration

Hi!

We are implementing the SAP Learning Solution with a go live date of Jan 1, 2012 I am new for this modul and there doesn't seem to be many resources out there to help us. Does anyone know where I could find an implementation sequence or other configuration documentation on the new LMS?

We need to be configured by the end of December, Truly, any help you can give me is very appreciated. Thanks
