2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VAITM problem during delta intialization

Dear experts,

Technical context: SAP R/3 46C and SAP BW 7.0.

We have a problem with the both extractors 2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VAITM. When we launch the delta intialization with data transfert, the field ROCANCEL is always equals space.

On the same system, we have installed the 2LIS_02_* extractors and we have no problems with this field.

Could you help me to resolve my problem. I don't find SAP Notes on the internet.

Hi,

You can carry out normal initialisation first without data transfer and it should work correctly.

I never faced delta issues with above but it depends on your system SP level.

You can then start filling the set up table yearrly or you can do it through document range if year option is not available.

you need to see LIS job running to push delta records from LBWQ to RSA7.

else you need to search for SAP note.

Welcome to SDN !

I think this is expected behaviour.

Delta Initialization reads data from Setup table only and upon successful data transfer creates Delta Queue for the DataSource.

As you are doing full load ( first init is as good as full load) all the fields have " " i.e After Image in ROCANCEL.

After this initialization when records get changed in source system and you load Delta InfoPackage, you will be getting other values in ROCANCEL fields.

AFTER IMAGE " " :What did the record look like after the change

BEFORE IMAGE "X":What did the record look like before the change

REVERSE "R": Send the information required to numerically "cancel" a deleted record

I believe your Delta Process is ABR, in that case Before and Reverse image can come with delta load only.

I'm ok with you for the behaviour of ABR delta. But i have on the same source system (SA R/3 46C), 2LIS_02_ITM, 2LIS_02_HDR,....and the field ROCANCEL contains Before image, after image or reverse image during the initialization transfer.

I show you the both configurations.

I suppose that the behavior occurs when CompDTpsl0 is equals to X but i'm not sure and i don't know how can i modify this option...

Hi..

This is application specific...Both the DataSourced ( purchasing and sales) are giving you right data. I checked in my system also.

Purchasing DataSources are giving " " and "X" both in ROCANCEL field with Full Load and Init Load.

Perhaps this is because it stores the history of purchasing document in EKBE field along with current information in EKKO.

i understand your supposition...

If i recapitulate, you suppose that 2LIS_11_VAHDR don't check the history sales documents table ?

In this case do you know an SAP note to change this behavior ? or a standard solution to adapt 2LIS_11_VAHDR with my needs ? (i.e my needs: To load in ODS the history of changes on old sales documents since 2008...)
