Switch Delivery SLoc during TO creation

Hi All,

Business scenario: Two storage locations under one warehouse. Only one SLoc has stock.

Requirement: Outbound delivery created in the SLoc which has no stock. We want to switch SLoc during transfer order creation to the one which has stock.

Example:

Delivery(qty) I Plant# I Storage Loc# I Warehouse# I Stock

D1 (30 EA) I 1000 I 1000 I 100 I 00.00 EA

I 1000 I 1001 I 100 I 50.00 EA

since Sloc 1001 has stock we want to switch sloc from 1000 to 1001 at the time of Transfer order creation NOT DURING PGI. During PGI I can use user exit V02V0002.
