Dear all,
I would like to build a "blacklist" that includes business partners who do not want to get contacted via e-mail when I send out a marketing campaign.
Does anyone know how I can do that without inactivating or blocking this business partner at all. I just want to block him for marketing campaigns.
Thank you for your help in advance.
Best regards,
Janine

Hi Janine,
At the Business Partner, there are certain fields which say like "Do not Contact" and some other similar fields etc.
You need to check this field.
I am assuming you are aware of the Segmentation functionality. Based on that giving a high level idea below.
In the Segmentation area, create your data sources and attribute lists in such a way, that you expose the relevant field in the attrubute list.
Then build a Target Group from that attribute list, and for the attribute "Do not contact", create a filter and while building the target REMOVE those customers who meet the criteria "Do not contact" for this filter.
Now you can use this Target Group in your email campaigns. Hope this helps.
