Logon par customisation

Hi all,

I want to customsie the registration link for the logon par file.The registration link for the par file is <%=proxy.getAlias("/useradmin/selfReg","redirectURL")%>.

I want to chnage the value of parameter "redirectURL".

Pls help as where is the value of this parameter maintained.
