No open operation requiring confirmation exists for order xxxxx

Dear Expert,

I having one problem with my process order.

Created Master Recipe , assigned BOM with Master recipe , released the PO and no confirmation made.

During confirmation with Tcode COR6 , Having this as Error - No open operation requiring confirmation exists for order xxxxx.

Please advice.
