Hi Rabbes,
You can control the access to form settings by Authorizations.
1. Go to Administration -> System Initialization -> Authorizations -> General Authorizations.
2. Select the user or group on the left panel.
3. Then set No Authorization for the subject Document Settings to block the access to Form settings.
The button will stay enable, but when the user try to open this config, an alert will be showed, and will not allow to access to this form.
P.S: Authorizations does not have effect for superusers.

The user still can change the form setting configurations although he is not a super user and the document setting authorization is assigned to "No" for his user in the general authorization
I'm still face the same problem, please some one help if there is any other solution.. Thanks
