Hello Rohan,

It is  easy to move on CRM technical if you know ABAP very well, Just need to know basic CRM process.

CRM is all about  to  3 basic modules , Also Called (Sub Modules) like: Marketing, Sales and Service and on top of it UI technologies like Web UI, IC  etc. Also there other tools like Easy Enhancement Workbench(EEWB) and now the latest Application Enhancement tool (AET), Rapid Applications,to add new fields etc.

The transaction "CRMD_ORDER" which is know as One Order frame work in CRM  need to be understood throwly. As well as  need to have awareness of other transaction like master data : Busines partner: BP, Products, Oppt, Activity,COMMPR01.etc..
