ESS DCs not visible in NWDS imported from NWDI.

I performed the following steps

1.created track in CMS

2.added the software components

�� SAP BUILD TOOL 7.00

�� EP BUILD TOOL 7.00

�� SAP J2EE ENGINE 7.00

�� SAP JAVA TECH SERVICES 7.00

�� SAP PCUI GP 600

3.copied the following SCAs to the inbox folder of CMS

�� SAPBUILDtXXX.SCA

�� EPBUILDTXXX.SCA

�� SAPJEEXXX.SCA

�� SAPJTECHSXXX.SCA

�� SAPPCUIGPXXX.SCA

SAPESSXXX.SCA

4.checked these SCAs in the transport studio

5.In NWDS imported the development configuration

However none of the DCs are visible in devlopment configuration perspective(Inactive DCs)

Only a container named "sap.com_SAP_ESS_1" is visible

nothing is visible under webdynpro perspetive also.

i am checked SCAs in the Landscape Confiurator under track data What I can see are the dependent DCs with blue symbol icons and only one green symbol icons.

Why 3icons are not Showing green symbol?

Any additional steps to be followed.

did i do something wrong.?

Please advise.
