CK 670 Company code xxxx: marking too late

Hi all,

yesterday 30.11.2011 my user wanted to do estimation on 30.11.2011 & try to mark & release price via CK24 but system say it is too late.

Why does system say it's too late???? In MMRV the period open was 11.11 (not yet December).
