action box

Hi all,

while creating notification-what is create internal note,create transfer order,solution data base,assign vendor and purchasing document in action box .

1)-in which case we will use?

2)-if i am selecting internal note one window is opening but where this note saving and where i can see for whom it created?

3)- i created notification type-F2,but not able select create transfer order and scraping,means these two options are not able to select(greay out.)
