Universe not found

Hi Experts,

I'm new comer in SAP business Objects, I have created a new Group (G1) and a user (S1) by using CMS. I have join that user S1 to G1, one folder also assigned to that G1 group.

I can logging into info view by S1. But when i'm refreshing any of Webi report in the folder that I have been mentioned above, error comes Universe not found (WIS 00501).

But If I logging as a different user that is already created by our Admin I can refresh data in the same report. I think I have not enable particular authorization for that user group (G1). Please help me out what to do to solve this problem.
