IM Storage Location changed to WMS

Hi,

I have a storage location SL01 which is inventory managed and we already has stock available at the Inventory level. Storage Location SL01 is previously non WMS managed and now the same SL01 is re configured as WMS. Please help me with the steps I need to do in order to bring the stock under WMS. Is there a mass Transaction that can be used to do the Warehouse movements?

I recommend the following steps:

1. Move stock out from IM stock (move to another plant/st.loc with out WM); could create new IM SLoc without WM for temporary

2. Update Material Master with WM views

3. Upload stock/move back to IM-WM using MB1B movement 1 or 2 step transfer posting (TO setting create automatic and confirm directly based on movement type)

You could use an LSMW for steps 1 and 3 to mass move the stock.
