Form Tracking

Hi expert

Goverment authorithy give us form. example 1 to100.

suppose i give 10 each form to 10 vendor

Vendor return my same form which i had given, at the time of sending the shipment

now i required to tracking the form in system to which vendor i hve givem which number form, form which are receive and peding.

Now i m just tracking only those from which are send by vendor @ the time of shipment.
