If a recurring transaction is created, it has a start date, a next date, and a termination date. But it may be terminated earlier than originally planned (e.g., the customer cancels his contract, etc.). We have not found a way to terminate the recurring transaction. If we change the termination date, the system changes the start date backwards in time so that the same number of instances exist, and then re-creates documents with earlier dates. It is not possible to delete or remove the template or the draft document it is based on.
Is this a bug, or are we missing something? Thanks for your help.
