Putting Crystal Report inside Centricity EMR

I am going to try to put a Crystal Report inside Centricity EMR. It has Parameters. When I set up the report, it asks for the parameters to be set up inside Centricity, so will I need to handle the parameters inside the Crystal report differently because of this?

Will the parameters I set up in the EMR be passed to the report or are onformational only?
