Aggregate not filling

Hi

I'm trying to fill up the aggregates for the cube 0SD_C01.

When i goto SM37 and see the generated jobs, it will be in green( complete) but the aggregate is not filled. If i goto job detyailed log, then the message

"Error in SQL Statement: SAPSQL_FIELDLIST_SUM_TYPE /BIC/ZBILLDATE" is being displayed. Anybody can help me in this?
