defect qty during usage decision

Hi Friends,

During usage decision, when i confirm 2 defects out of 6 pieces and raise a notification, i assume that 4 pieces will move to unrestricted use. (correct me if i am wrong). now what about the 2 defective pieces. what is the process for dealing with that.
