Field Usage in SO header is not visible on item level (VBAP-VKAUS)- ECC6.0

Hello,

this seemed to be a bug in old SAP versions. We have ECC 6.0.

If we enter a value in field Usage VBAK-ABRVW in the sales order this is not transferred to sales orde line items. (VBAP-VKAUS).

Is this a bug or is there any way to customise this?
