If you want to display, then you should have a report, check with the ABAP team.
To enter the taxes, enter the relevant taxes in the quotation.

and If you select " determine effective price" indicator in ME49

Ssytem will compare only the base price and the indiviual components like discounts
The taxes would be applicable for all vendors same ( as the tax procedure is country level ) .
