production order confirmation

1. In create production order confirmation screen, the msg I am getting is "errors arose during actual cost calculation". In the error log it says" work center has no cost center".

2. when I go to work center - costing, it says "no activity type assigned to cost center"

Pls advise.

Hi,

Activity type should be created in the tcode KL01 and this is to be integrated with cost center in KP26. These two should be inputted in the work center in the costing tab. Please work with CO guy to resolve the issue.

Dear Vijay,

check by the following steps,

1.Create activity type using T.Code KL01.

2.For this activity type and a cost center combination for a period the rate has to be assigned in T.code KP26.(which is a CO

activity).

3.Then maintain the cost center,activity type in the costing tab of the work center.

hi,

As S0000 suggest,you should create activity type and assign it to a cost center with the T code provided ..

then you should enter cost center and activity type in the cost view of work center...and you won't get this error msg again during creating PO..
