XCE045 IPO-STEP not known

Hello experts,

i built a sceanrio SalesInvoice to SalesInvoice.

In the B1i test environment everything works fine and the event is handed over to processing.

While trying to set up this scenario for productive use i get the erro: ipo-step not known and the event fails.

The configuration of the prpductive is nearly the same.

Any Ideas?

Hi,

This usually means that your Scenario step is not associated with the Event that is supposed to trigger this step. Please try to see the following:

1) While activating the scenario in production server take a look at the activation report if there are any consistency errors.

2) Make sure that the event id that is supposed to trigger your scenario is in the eventsubscriber.xml

3) Make sure you have enabled the SLD as a trigger input for the scenario step before activation.
