FBL5N Issue

Dear All,

In ECC 5 my user wants to see customer line item through FBL1N, showing massage "865 line item disply" but list contain no data. Same as FD10N it showing the values but line item level no data will display. what is the problem in my id all thing are wroking fine, but user id not wroking.
