Multiple mails are triggered for single workitem for a specific user.

I have extended workflow configured. Its working fine for almost all users except one. One user is getting mails recursively in outlook. I have checked in workflow log and only one workitem is being generated. Checked in SLG1 log and found the attached error. Maintained the telephone no in SU01 still the error persist. pic.jpg

Hi, with extended workflow I assume you mean Extended Notifications?

You need to check if swn_selsen is only scheduled once in a job and also RSCONN01

Hi Rob,

Yes I meant Extended Notification. SWN_SELSEN is scheduled only once. All other users get notification only once. Only this particular user gets the notification repeatedly. I have maintained his telephone no too.

Hi,

Maybe the email address also exists for a different user-id, did you check that?
