Multiple mails are triggered for single workitem for a specific user.


I have extended workflow configured. Its working fine for almost all users except one. One user is getting mails recursively in outlook. I have checked in workflow log and only one workitem is being generated. Checked in SLG1 log and found the attached error. Maintained the telephone no in SU01 still the error persist. pic.jpg
