Possible values for s_webgui in TSTCC

Hi,

We have a 4.6C system that we will be accessing with 6.2.0 ITS. We are trying to identify transactions that are not supported by WebGUI. Looking at transaction SE93 led us to table TSTCC, field s_webgui. This field appears to have three possible values, 1, 2, and blank. Does anyone know what each indicates?

I opened a customer message and was told to go to each application area for each transaction and ask them.
