Transaction Analysis for TECO

Dear all,

I am looking at the Business Process (accessed from the WO status screen) in a WO of CRTD status. For transaction TECO, it is shown as RED (ie not allowed) which I can understand. This means TECO is not allowed in a WO that is currently in CRTD state.

However, if I do check the TECO checkbox and click on the 'Transaction Analysis' button, the pop box shows CRTD in the influencing system status section, and the light indicator is green. They way I read this is that CRTD allows TECO to be performed?

These two indicators seem to be contradicting.

Did I intepret the influecing system status correctly?
