Batch job not printing inspite of maintaining Printer specifications

Hi,

I have scheduled a batch job to run daily at 04:00 AM. I have maintained the Printer specifications while setting up the job.

Steps I followed:

1. In SM36, entered the job name, Class-C.

2. In STEPS, I gave step1- ABAP Program & variant. Gave printer specifications for this step.

Printer name, then no of copies -1,spool request name is taken as 1st 8 characters of the program name by default,Spool control- print immediately and new spool request checked, retention period: 8 days, archiving mode: print.output format maintained.

3. Same is maintained for step 2 as well.

4. Start mentionedon daily basis and a periodic job.

Job saved.

The job has run successfully, but when I click on the spool list in SM37, it says no list available.

Also, when i goto steps in SM37,click on Spool list, it still says No list available.

What could be the possible reason?

Regards
